CDW Achieved Cisco's Master Specialisation in Networking

CDW, a Cisco Gold certified partner, learned this week that it achieved the newest of Cisco’s Master Specialisations in networking, making CDW the largest value-added reseller to achieve a Cisco master status in multiple geographies and puts us in the top 1% of Cisco’s global partners. The other Cisco Master Specialisations are security, collaboration, data centre and hybrid cloud, and cloud and managed services.

Master specialisations are Cisco’s highest and most exclusive level of partner certification across their individual architectures that were introduced to show Cisco partners’ depth of knowledge in their technologies with an evidence-based certification. Achieving the master specialization demonstrates that CDW has made significant time and resource investments to grow our expertise in the subject’s technologies and solutions.

To achieve the accreditation CDW had to pass a thorough evidence-based and practical audit, which assessed our end-to-end processes that are applicable to the lifecycle of a Cisco networking engagement. A specialist independent auditor, approved by Cisco, completed a rigorous review of our approach to creating and implementing processes across all business divisions, from pre-sales to service operations.
