What is RPA Migrate?
RPA Migrate is an engagement framework for migrating to unattended automation. This is a follow-on activity typically from the RPA Plan. It allows you to deliver your initial process(es) in an automated platform, ensuring you can measure the success.
RPA Migrate Framework is designed to drive key outcomes as you move processes to automation. We aim to help on single and multiple processes by:
- Capturing the processes
- Helping to install the tooling needed to ensure implementation and ongoing management
- UAT​ – ensuring the automated process works and delivers the business benefits highlighted in the defined PLAN
- Deploy​ – a successful deployment of the process
- Value metric assessment to measure success – being able to demonstrate the success to all audiences whether they are directly or indirectly impacted

RPA Migrate is for those organisations who have highlighted where automation will drive business benefits. It should include IT, Department Heads, and Process owners to ensure migrating to an automated process is successful and the benefits can be demonstrated.
Preparing for an RPA Migrate Workshop
Ideally you will have completed an RPA plan and found processes that you wish to target with value metric assessment information aligned to measure success. In cases where you are already on your RPA journey, all you need is a session with the CDW Solutions Architect(s) so we can ensure your current captured information is usable within our framework. Where this is not the case, CDW will highlight missing components, allowing you to either gather yourself or instruct CDW to complete the tasks on your behalf.
