CDW UK & International appoints Sonya Mathieu as VP, Private Sector Sales UK & International

London, UK, 8 September 2026 – CDW UK & International today announced the appointment of Sonya Mathieu as Vice President, Private Sector Sales UK & International, effective 1 October.

In this newly created role, Sonya will lead CDW's Corporate and Enterprise sales businesses across the UK & International region, supporting the company's continued growth and deepening relationships with customers and partners.

Sonya brings more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector and joins CDW from NetApp, where she most recently served as Enterprise Sales Director. She has held a range of senior leadership roles across enterprise and global sales, go-to-market strategy and partner ecosystem leadership.

Throughout her career, she has built a strong track record of driving growth, developing high-performing teams and building strategic relationships with some of the world's largest organisations. She is recognised for combining commercial focus with a people-first leadership approach and a commitment to creating strong, inclusive cultures.

Sonya joins CDW at a time of continued investment in the UK & International business. Her appointment reflects the company's focus on strengthening leadership capability, deepening customer relationships and supporting long-term growth across the Private Sector market.
