Ross Pedder

Ross Pedder is an experienced IT leader who has been working in the IT industry for over 15 years. He has led various teams in sales, sales specialist and technical presales roles.  In his current role, he leads the newly formed (as of March 2024) CDW UK&I Microsoft Practice, a team that helps customers leverage the power of Microsoft technologies to transform their businesses. 

Ross is passionate about building strong customer facing teams that deliver powerful and tangible outcomes for CDW's valued customers and partners. He is motivated by nurturing and developing those around him, so that they can fulfil their potential and grow their careers. He believes in the importance of collaboration, innovation and excellence in everything he and those around him do. 

Before taking on his current role, Ross ran the Presales organisation at CDW, which had 150 UK coworkers across various technology areas, such as Hybrid Platforms, Modern Workspace, Security and Digital Enablement. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in these domains and how they can enable business transformation.

BlueVoyant

Daniel Dickinson

Daniel Dickinson, distinguished engineer at BlueVoyant in the United Kingdom, joined  from Microsoft with nearly seven years of experience as a Global Black Belt in the Cyber Security Solutions Group and serving as the Zero Trust Lead for EMEA. Daniel brings valuable expertise to his new role. He possesses over 20 years of experience working with Microsoft Cloud & Cyber Security Technology. 
 
 Daniel's career began by working with Windows NT4 and Novell, establishing himself as an industry expert in Microsoft Identity. He witnessed the inception of Active Directory with Windows 2000 and actively participated in its evolution and transformation into Cloud-Based Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Entra. Additionally, he played a pioneering role in implementing some of the earliest EMEA deployments of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility & Security Suite. His extensive experience also encompasses Exchange and SharePoint based Server applications. 
 
 At BlueVoyant, Dan's profound knowledge of Microsoft security, gained through collaboration with the Microsoft Security team, has proven to be invaluable. His comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Sentinel technology, deployments, and the business rationale behind them has contributed to the development of several informative perspectives on the extended attack surface and BlueVoyant's broad cyber defence capability.Â
