Please note:

• The above terms and conditions shall apply to all orders placed by the customer on CDW and CDW on a supplier and shall apply to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions set out or referred to in any document or other communication used by the customer or supplier or in any other correspondence or implied by trade, custom or course of dealing (whether or not in conflict with these terms).
• CDW requires time to on-board maintenance contracts and therefore, for 30 days from date of order for maintenance contracts CDW will use reasonable endeavours to provide maintenance services, and will not be subject to any service levels to the customer.
• Should any of the Services ordered through CDW be provided by a third party supplier, such Services shall be subject to the third party suppliers terms and conditions (“Third Party T&Cs”), which are available on request. In the event of any discrepancy between the Third Party T&Cs and the applicable CDW terms and conditions, the Third Party T&Cs shall prevail only to the extent of such discrepancy with regard to the particular Service being provided under the Third Party T&Cs. You hereby agree to be bound by the Third Party T&Cs.
