RPA Adopt Workshops are designed to fall into the CDW Customer Lifecycle approach. We work with you to ensure you use what you have bought, you realise the benefits, and then help identify where that success can be replicated in either the same department or to branch out into other business areas which may benefit you. As part of the adoption phase, we will ensure everything has been documented and benchmarked to be able to measure the success. We will also:

  • Highlight training to manage the process going forward

  • Identify business user training to ensure you reap the reward of the investment made

  • Identify and implement attended and unattended process requirements to make sure you interact with the process correctly and aren’t duplicating work

  • Help to deliver success stories so that the benefit gains are not restricted to only those directly involved

Attendees are those who are driving the success of automating processes, capturing the benefits and cascading the improvements to deliver to the wider business and to advocate for any future automation.
