London, UK, 18 May 2011 - CDW, the IT solutions and services provider, has taken third place in The Sunday Times International Track 100, the league table that ranks private British owned companies with the fastest growing international sales over the previous two years of available accounts
CDW has experienced phenomenal growth in the past two years through substantial organic growth alongside strategic acquisitions. International sales at CDW jumped from £1.6 million in 2008 to £19.2 million in 2010, a growth enabled in part by its operations in the Middle East.
CDW’s position in The Sunday Times International Track 100 is recognition of the importance the company places on its international operations, as an example last month saw the launch of its Middle East service desk hosted at CDW’s Dubai Internet City offices. This will enable CDW to enhance its already high level of service for clients based in the region and allow its engineers to be even more responsive.
“Our ranking in The Sunday Times International Track 100 is testament to CDW’s strength in the Middle East,” commented Matt Slorick, Director of Middle East Operations, CDW. “We have a substantial client base in the Middle East and our new service desk, combined with our strong position in the market, ensures our customers with operations in the Middle East receive the same unparalleled levels of expert service as they get in the UK.”
