NetApp recently celebrated the success of its UK & Ireland partners at its sixth annual NetApp Partner Awards dinner. The event brought together more than 200 guests from NetApp and its UK & Ireland partners and saw winners in eleven categories recognised for outstanding achievements over the last twelve months. We are very proud to announce that we have been successful in two out of the eleven categories; winning Outstanding Achievement awards for Enterprise Partner of the year and our very own Chris Kranz winning the Technical Individual award
CDW has been recognised as Enterprise Partner due to phenomenal growth, both at our top line, and with NetApp as a technology partner. Building on the base of our ISC acquisition last year, we have continued to invest in our business with NetApp, building out our services platform and Professional Services certifications to fully embrace the “Cloud Era”. Leveraging NetApp’s shared vendor alliance partners, Cisco, VMware, Microsoft and Citrix, we have developed a truly enterprise class offering for our customers. These investments and alliances form a solid foundation to drive continued growth with our very successful partnership with NetApp.
We are extremely proud that Chris Kranz was successful in winning the award for Technical Individual, he is a clear example of a NetApp advocate - someone who fully appreciates the technical and business value of the NetApp proposition and who is able to share this with customers through his enthusiasm, expertise and "can do" attitude. He is clearly held in high esteem by his colleagues and customers; and he has become the NetApp champion within CDW. Chris should be rightly proud of the part he has played in the success of the CDW/NetApp relationship in the last 12 months.
Pete Rawden, Partner Sales Director, UK & Ireland, NetApp said of the awards:
"Just as with previous years, we received a vast amount of exceptional entries which further illustrates the on-going commitment, skills and knowledge of our partners. Competition was fierce but the winners were the partners that best demonstrated excellent performance, first rate results and exceptional customer interaction, and I send my sincere congratulations to all award winners."
