CDW Acquires UK IT Services & Solutions Provider Kelway

London, Monday, 3rd August: Kelway, the London-based IT Services and Solutions provider, today announced that CDW has acquired the remaining 65 percent of the company. This comes eight months after CDW announced a 35 percent investment in Kelway.

Kelway and CDW have successfully worked together for more than two years serving the international needs of hundreds of customers. The acquisition will enable CDW to solidify its international presence and provide customers of both companies with a more consistent experience and expanded access to international technical expertise and supply chain relationships in more than 100 countries.
