The Surface Hub comes with a 12 month warranty as standard. However, it may be worth considering extended warranty. For example in the event of a breakdown, the standard warranty ensures a field engineer will be on site within three business days. Extended warranty offers a next business day site visit, to make sure your device is up and running as soon as possible. CDW is pleased to offer an extended warranty on the Surface Hub, in conjunction with our partner, Microsoft.

Surface Hub extended warranty includes:

  • Breakdown: You are protected for an unlimited number of Breakdown warranty claims during the term of the extended warranty contract, subject to the limit of liability
  • Repair or Replacement: In the event of breakdown, the repair or replacement costs are covered, subject to the limit of liability
  • Shipping to Depot Centres: If the defective product cannot be repaired on-site and must be shipped to a depot centre, Microsoft will provide for the removal and shipping of the defective Surface Hub to their depot centre, as well as the return and reinstallation of the Repaired Surface Hub (or if applicable, replacement Surface Hub) back to your location
